1. Early Summer, Summer and Late Summer season weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
2. Spring and Fall daily rates are a three night minimum.
3. Extra Persons - $150 plus tax per week or $25 plus tax per day
4. Children 2 and under stay free
5. Pet Fee - $175 plus tax per week or $35 plus tax per day . Two dogs, maximum.

Reservation Policy
Arrival & Departure Time
- Check-In 4:00 PM or later
- Check-Out 9:00 AM or earlier
Please respect these times so that we can properly clean your cabin.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation deposits and payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent your cabin for the same rate and the same length of stay. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the full length of your reserved stay and no credit will be given for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Extra Persons
Rates included the number of people as stated for each cabin. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number. The Extra Person Charge is $25/day or $150/week. Children ages 2 and under are free of charge.
Pet Policy
- Well behaved dogs are welcome at Hidden Haven Resort. Our pet fee is $175 plus tax per week or $35 plus tax per day for up two dogs. A maximum of two dogs per cabin are allowed. The pet fee only allows you to bring your pet(s) into the cabin in which you are staying, not any other cabin.
- Not all of our guests are “pet people” so in order for everyone to be able to enjoy the resort your dog(s) must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Your pet(s) must be kept off of all cabin furniture including beds. If your pet is used to being on the furniture, please bring some blankets or sheets to cover our furniture. Please do not use our bedding to cover furniture.
- Your pet(s) may not be left unattended in the cabin or on the resort grounds at any time.
- If your pet is an excessive barker you will be asked to remove your pet from the resort. Excessive barking determinations are at the sole discretion of the resort owner.
- To insure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we insist that all waste be cleaned up immediately by the pet owner or handler.
- Visitors may not bring pets onto the resort grounds. No exceptions, please.
You are responsible for any and all damage your pet(s) cause to resort property. - Violations of the pet policy will result in the removal of the pet(s) from the resort and/or damage or additional cleaning fees.
Day Visitors
For the privacy and security of our resort guests, we require that all day visitors must register at the office. We want your friends and relatives to feel welcome, should they drop by for a visit. However, please note that we allow our paying guests one day to have visitors with no charge (not to exceed cabin maximum or exceed 4 hours). If visitors are present any additional days for any length of time, there will be a charge of $10 for each extra person, no exceptions.
Personal Watercraft, ATVs & Fireworks
Sorry, we do not allow personal watercraft such as jet skis, seadoos, wave runners or fireworks at the resort. ATVs are allowed only with advance permission and must be trailered in and out of the resort. ATVs cannot be ridden on the resort grounds at any time.
